Where we ship
Items shipped from our Austin clubhouse ship within the United States only. Some prints and apparel are made to order by our print partners and can ship to other countries. Checkout shows which options are open to your address.
Processing time
Items in stock at the clubhouse ship within 3 to 5 business days. Made-to-order items take 5 to 10 business days to produce before they ship. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day. If your order includes both, it may arrive in more than one package.
Shipping rates
Clubhouse orders ship by USPS. The rate is based on your address and the weight of your order, plus a $1 handling fee. Made-to-order items use our print partners' rates. You'll see the full shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 2 to 8 business days. International orders usually take 1 to 4 weeks. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
Customs and duties
International orders may be charged customs duties, taxes or fees by the destination country. These are not part of our shipping charge and are the buyer's to pay.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Email us within 24 hours if it needs to change. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered wrong, but we'll help where we can.
Lost, late or damaged orders
If tracking shows your order delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email us. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
